Common faults and troubleshooting methods of conveyors
1. Common faults of the conveyor: the motor cannot start or slows down immediately after starting: analysis of the cause of the fault: line fault; voltage drop; contactor fault; operation continues within 1.5 seconds.
Treatment method: check the circuit; check the voltage; check the overloaded electrical appliances; reduce the number of operations.
2. Common faults of conveyor: motor heating: analysis of the cause of the fault: because of overload, excess length or jamming of the conveyor belt, the running resistance increases, and the motor runs overloaded; because of the poor lubrication condition of the transmission system, the power of the motor increases; Dust accumulates in the air inlet of the motor fan or the radial heat sink, which deteriorates the heat dissipation condition.
Treatment method: measure the power of the motor, find out the cause of the overload operation, and deal with it symptomatically; add lubrication to each transmission part in time; eliminate dust.
3. Common faults of the conveyor: the fluid coupling can not transmit the rated torque at full load: analysis of the cause of the fault: insufficient oil in the fluid coupling.
Treatment method: add oil (when dual motors are driven, measure the two motors with an ammeter. The power tends to be equal by investigating the amount of oil filling.
4. Common faults of conveyor: conveyor belt deviation: analysis of the cause of the fault: the frame and roller are not adjusted straight; the axis of the roller is not perpendicular to the middle line of the conveyor belt; the joint of the conveyor belt is not perpendicular to the middle line, and the side of the conveyor belt is Type S; the loading point is not in the middle of the conveyor belt (partial load).
Treatment method: adjust the frame or drum to keep it straight; use the roller to adjust the position to correct the deviation of the conveyor belt; re-make the joint to ensure that the joint is perpendicular to the middle of the conveyor belt; adjust the position of the coal drop point.
5. Common failures of the conveyor: conveyor belt aging and tearing: analysis of the cause of the failure: friction between the conveyor belt and the frame, resulting in roughening and cracking of the belt edge; the interference between the conveyor belt and the fixed hard object to cause tearing; poor storage website development, Zhang Excessive tightening force; too short laying will cause the deflection times to exceed the limit and cause premature aging.
Treatment method: timely adjust the conveyor equipment to avoid long-term deviation of the conveyor belt; prevent the conveyor belt from hanging on the fixed component or falling into the metal structure of the conveyor belt; store according to the conveyor belt storage requirements; try to avoid short-distance laying and use.
